What We Check Before Shipment

Standard inspection items for railing products. Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged for larger orders.

Material Specification
Stainless steel grade (SS201 / SS304 / SS316 / SS316L) or aluminium alloy as specified.
Product Dimensions
Overall height, post diameter, base plate dimensions and other critical dimensions against drawing or sample.
Wall Thickness
Tubing wall thickness verified where it affects structural performance.
Surface Finish
Brushed / satin / mirror / PVD finish verified for consistency across the batch.
Welding Quality
Weld joints inspected for cracks, porosity, discoloration and structural integrity.
Glass Fitting Dimensions
Glass clamps and spigots checked for compatibility with specified glass thickness.
Quantity
Quantity per carton / case confirmed against order list before packing.
Export Packaging
Pearl cotton + carton + pallet, reinforced wooden case for international shipping.

Pre-shipment Inspection

Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged for larger orders. Inspection scope and party can be discussed before order confirmation.

For project orders, an additional independent inspection party can be appointed by the customer. Inspection criteria, sampling plan and reporting format can be agreed before production starts.
